When you book an appointment, contact us, or use our website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you provide about the service you are interested in. If you opt in to text messages, we also collect your mobile number and your SMS consent.

If you apply to take part in our training as a model, the application form also collects the photographs of your lips that you upload and the health information the form asks about: previous permanent makeup and lip filler, cold sores, pregnancy or breastfeeding, the current condition of your lips, allergies, medical conditions or medications, and recent retinoid use. This is collected only to assess whether the procedure is suitable for you and to carry it out safely.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

We use your information to schedule and manage appointments, respond to your enquiries, send you the appointment-related messages you requested, process deposits and payments for services, and meet our legal and health-and-safety obligations. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

We never sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only to send the appointment messages you asked to receive.

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box when booking, you consent to receive automated appointment-related text messages (confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and appointment-confirmation requests). These are transactional messages, not marketing. Consent is not required to book an appointment or make a purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our booking and SMS-delivery providers), and only to the extent needed to provide the service to you, or when required by law. As stated above, mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Model application photographs and health answers are kept only for as long as your application is being considered and for the training session it relates to, and they are never published without the separate photo and video consent you give on the form. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
